Richard Routh, Pastor
Rev. Richard Routh has been a pilot for Piedmont/US Airways, a flight instructor, a youth pastor, an outreach and children’s director and a Senior Pastor. He has an education from Duke Divinity School, Wesley Biblical Seminary, and Fruitland Baptist Bible College.
Richard’s objective is to shepherd a congregation and the surrounding community by spreading the Gospel to all ages and backgrounds, that the Bible is “God Breathed” and the inerrant Word of God, to proclaim that God’s Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior is the one and only way to Heaven – the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and to minister to those in need. Richard uses his experience and skills ministering to the old and the young, families, youth and children, supporting ongoing ministry and creating new opportunities for ministry in the community.
Richard is married to his wonderful wife, Mary Anne, and they have four children.
Debra Rogers, Office Manager
Debra has been the Office Manager at West Bend since 1996. She came to us with experience in banking, and fulfills a wide variety of church responsibilities. She prepares and edits all publications, maintains all files, and manages the financial records. Debra graduated with an AAS Degree in Business Administration from Randolph Community College. She is married to Sam Rogers and they have a daughter, Kayla. Debra enjoys working in the church office, praying for others and helping in ministry, cooking, being with her family and beach trips.
